Everyone has their own personal chanlleges when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. Everyone wants to be healthy and feel good about themselves, their family, and others. Fitness is just as much, if not more, for my MENTAL HEALTH as it is for my PHYSICAL HEALTH. This is my journal of thoughts, experiences, workouts, exercises, and even recipes that help me gain this strength. I am hoping my journal will be a way for me to communicate with others through my own personal experiences.
